Dear SEC, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) the world largest publicly-traded cryptocurrency fund to an ETF. By not approving this conversion, you are not protecting me, the investor the very person you were appointed to protect. More importantly to me personally is that Vanguard recently started prohibiting me in trading GBTC in my retirement accounts because it is traded on the pink sheets. Allowing it to become an ETF would mean that that prohibition would end and I could trade in this financial vehicle again.
