Dear SEC, I live in Cambridge, MA. I'm a GBTC shareholder and write to express my support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to an ETF. By not approving this conversion, you are not protecting me, the investor – the very person you were appointed to protect. Currently GBTC sits at around a 25% discount to NAV. So you're actually hurting me, the investor. I appreciate you reading this and hope that you will listen to myself and other small investors on this matter, and allow the conversion to an ETF.
