Hello - I am writing to ask SEC to allow the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) into an ETF. As you are aware, several other countries have permitted Bitcoin ETF's to start up, including Canada. Investment in U.S. markets would be preferable for the average American citizen like me. In addition, the logic in allowing two Bitcoin futures funds to trade, while not allowing a spot ETF to trade, completely escapes me. Whatever the logic is, it's not understood on the street and causes consternation and frustration. Please move forward on GBTC. Thank you. Frank Parrinello Omaha, NE
