Long overdue conversion of GBTC to a spot ETF. Public demand for Bitcoin is undeniable and will not go away. A spot ETF is in the best interest of retail investors, whereas futures-based ETF's are not. If the SEC really has retail investors' best interests at heart, it will take action and approve GBTC conversion to a spot ETF without further delay. Sincerely Edward Derek Laffey
