To the SEC: Grayscale’s GBTC trust should be converted to a spot ETF. If the goal is to protect the public Invester then a spot ETF is far better than futures. The trust has been trading at a discount for a long period of time. Converting to an ETF will more closely trade near NAV. This has gone on long enough. You’re not protecting the small Invester, you are hindering our ability to invest our money where we wish to invest. Why should You, the SEC, get to decide what is right for me.
