SEC, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder living in California. I am completely confused and dismayed as to why the SEC hasn't even commented on why they have not approved a bitcoin ETF. There are de facto, inferior bitcoin ETF-like products that people are being forced to use, to their detriment. Other western countries have already approved bitcoin spot ETFs and they are operating as designed. The USA is falling behind to its detriment. Please approve a Bitcoin ETF or explain why you are not!! You work for me, and other Americans, you owe us this. Very disappointed voter and citizen, Chris Brocco
