As an investor, I'm asking the SEC to Approve conversion of GBTC to a Spot Bitcoin ETF. - GBTC is backed by real Bitcoin (BTC). - Converting to an ETF will remove the unnecessary and harmful deviations from the underlying price (discounts and premiums). - Converting to an ETF will eliminate tracking errors that result in a negative material effect on thousands of American citizens' lives. The U.S. market and investors had been READY for a Bitcoin Spot ETF I trust the decision-makers at the SEC to approve the conversion. Thank you
