Dear SEC, I am writing you in support of allowing the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. I have been invested in GBTC for a while now and the lack of your approval has caused the discount to NAV to continue to widen. At this point in time, and given that a futures EFT is already approved, I see no good reason why this shouldn’t be approved. Please reconsider the earlier decisions and approved this as an ETF so I can (if I desire) withdraw my investment at NAV. Thanks for the consideration. Kevin
