Sirs, I'm writing to you as a GBTC shareholder. I'm very interested in converting to ETF. This is a very public-friendly and tax efficient type of fund, and would be a great improvement over the current structure. I would hope that the US becomes a leader in newer technology such as cryptocurrencies and advances the interests of the consumer in the future. Easily accessible spot and futures markets, and ETFs with various components, will be key to wider adoption. Let's lead the way. James
