Dear SEC, I am writing to you in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. As a school teacher and retail investor if this converts over to an ETF it gives me access to a cheaper, better investment product while at the same time protecting me as an investor. Holding back an ETF conversion is the exact opposite of protecting investors. Sincerely, Joni
