Dear SEC, I am a GBTC shareholder from Texas who supports the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. Having held shares of the trust for a while, I have experienced both premiums and discounts in the value of shares. It is unnerving to own shares that do not represent a fair representation of the intrinsic value of the shares which should be corrected by the conversion of the trust to an ETF.
