Dear SEC, I am writing this as an investor and shareholder in GBTC in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) — the world’s largest publicly-traded cryptocurrency fund — to an ETF. I believe that this successful conversion will allow more retail investors to have a safe approach to investing in assets like cryptocurrency without the need to buy bitcoin on brokerages whom do not necessarily follow all security protocols which traditional brokerages like TD Ameritrade and Vanguard have access to. Moreover; by converting this to an ETF, it is more easily accessible to be available in retirement accounts like ROTH IRA, and for there to be regulated transactions for tax purposes.
