Hello, I am writing to request that GBTC be approved conversion to a spot ETF. I understand the SEC reluctance in cryptocurrency, specifically Bitcoin but in my opinion its function as a store of value is the same as gold which we arbitrarily assign a value to. The adoption of cryptocurrency will continue to grow exponentially and as other countries regulate/approve, it limits the American public to potentially investing in another country's ETF. Do your due diligence, but please don't stifle innovation and force cryptocurrency proponents to invest outside the US. Respectfully Len T
