I am writing to state that I encourage you to permit conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to a Spot Bitcoin ETF. I am a Physical Therapist with a small account and this is the primary access I have to investing in cryptocurrency. It is a very small investment in my portfolio but believe if it were permitted to become a Spot Bitcoin ETF it would more accurately portray what it was meant to. Grayscale has been transparent with their intentions and have provided good stewardship of the Trust. I appreciate your consideration to this matter. Thank you. Respectfully, Keith Linsey
