I have owned shares of GBTC for almost two years.  The benefits of converting
from a trust to a spot ETF are important to me.  Not just the disappearance of
the discount to NAV, but costs to buy and sell. An investment designed to
mirror the price of an underlying asset should, of course, simply hold that
underlying asset, and allow the investors to experience actual performance of
that asset!
