To whom it may concern, With one of the charters of the SEC to protect investors, the conversion of GBTC to a spot BTC ETF would support that. Historically, the United States has been a leader in advocating for retail investors in achieving their goals and supporting the national financial economy. Other countries such as Canada (BTCC.U, EBIT.U, etc) and Germany (BTCE) who generally are not "fast" or "loose" with trading and investing already have spot bitcoin ETFs. Please, bring the USA at least on par with other countries and approve this conversion. Regards, Justin
