SEC should allow GBTC to become a SPOT ETF, so my investment can be saved from this discount. Is not SEC job to protect small investors, it seems that maybe small investors need protection from SEC..... Can we get a governing body to review SEC policies, its seems the most important decision for SEC is to get money from companies for their treasury, don't see them protecting anybody, if anything they are hurting investments by NOT ALLOWING GBTC TO A SPOT ETF.
