To whom it may concern: I am not attaching some form letter to my request. I simply would like to see the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) converted to a Spot Bitcoin ETF. This would more accurately price the ETF to the underlying Bitcoin physical asset. Thank you for your consideration. Rich
