Dear SEC I am writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol GBTC) currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The fact that you would allow a futures based ETF on BTC versus a spot is perplexing. The fact you are "protecting" investors from swings is ludicrous (look at current market conditions on products you support (as in traditional equities)). Stop "protecting" us as we don't need your protection and are fully capable of making our own decisions without your lackluster oversight. Florida Resident. Sincerely, John Scarborough
