SEC, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, living in Kentucky I would like to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) — the world’s largest publicly-traded cryptocurrency fund — to an ETF. The discount to NAV in GBTC has been around 25%, on average, this year. This represents a huge loss of value as compared to Bitcoin. It makes no sense to allow btc futures ETFs while hobbling spot etfs like GBTC. THANKS John Turbek
