Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Once again the governments lack of care for the average citizen has put the screws to the middle and low income American who are merely trying to survive. Instead Banks, Institutions and Government officials will make the gains and screw the people. Be assured, my motivation is to remove all incumbents as the are mostly crooks. Sincerely, Dennis
