Dear SEC%2C I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol%3A GBTC)%2C currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund%2C to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Why would the SEC not want to start with GBTC, the largest Bitcoin holding entity, as the first US based Bitcoin ETF. In my opinion, it is by far the most open and honest platform, and easiest to monitor. Please allow this conversion ASAP, it is important for the USA to be a leader in cryptocurrency in all ways- the fact that other countries have ETFs already makes the USA look backwards. thank you for your consideration, Stuart Kozinn MD
