Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Australia has already launched their BTC SPOT ETF. It’s not a matter of if we will follow suit but when. Let’s make that when now, rather than later. Bitcoin has massive potential to hedge investors against massive inflation. The issue is traditional investors don’t have as many options as they’d like. Let’s move forward with a true spot ETF, rather than a futures ETF that manipulates price. Sincerely, Robert Sean Goddard
