Dear SEC, As a GBTC shareholder, I would like to see GBTC convert to an ETF. Grayscale expects that the ETF would more effectively track the price of Bitcoin, effectively eliminating discounts and premiums. Grayscale has committed to reducing management fees for GBTC if converted to an ETF. Additionally, I would like to see GBTC uplisted from OTCQX to the NYSE Arca.
