Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Michigan and would like the SEC to approve converting of GBTC to a trust because I am an investor in it. If it is not allowed to become an ETF, the US financial markets will continue to fall behind the curve with respect to crypto currency adoption with respect to other countries! Falling behind means investment will move outside of the USA! The USA & SEC must LEAD not follow into the new future. Sincerely, Kevin Harper
