Dear SEC, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) — the world’s largest publicly-traded cryptocurrency fund — to an ETF. I favor this conversation from Trust to ETF status for a number of reasons including the upgrade to a more secure exchange, investor confidence, more equitable value on the spot market relative to NAV, and lower management fees for shareholders.
