Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol%3A GBTC) currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund to be the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a Colorado resident. I invested about 10% of my retirement in crypto as a hedge against just the kind of world political and currency volatility we are seeing today. Many of my friends have done the same. I fully understand the risks involved with crypto. But I can’t understand why the SEC is blocking a very conservative firm like Grayscale?
