Dear SEC, I am writing in support of the conversion of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to a spot Bitcoin ETF. Small retail investors do not want to dabble in futures markets. We want access to real bitcoin, without having to hold bitcoin ourselves. An ETF would make this possible. The US is falling behind other countries in the world with respect to financial innovation - there is no reason for this. Please approve the Grayscale ETF. Sincerely, Kirsten York
