Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I would like this to be done so I can invest in Bitcoin without having to use the exchanges or keep up with my private keys. I am more comfortable with an ETF because it is more like the investments I am use to. I live in Missouri. Sincerely, Jon D.
