Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of New York State. Bitcoin is a technology that should be supported and utilized by the United States to secure our world power into the 21st century. Other countries have already implemented bitcoin spot etfs giving them an edge against us. Please act to approve the spot etf. Sincerely, Paul Knight
