Hello. I presently own Greyscale Bit Coin trust and I am emailing you requesting the SEC to approve the request to convert the GBTC trust into a spot ETF. I am an experienced investor in stocks, mutual funds, ETFs, and options, and I believe converting to the spot ETF is a better product for an investor like me, compared to continuing the current trust. My understanding is a spot ETF holding the physical bit coins is not much different than a spot ETF such as GLD holding physical gold bars. Regards Farah Dean
