To whom it may concern - I have been a holder of 5000 shares of GBTC for 9 months. As a shareholder, it has been difficult to understand if, when, and how GBTC would convert to an ETF. Having purchased all of the shares at a significant discount to NAV, I am especially interested in the ETF conversion. It needs to be far more closely aligned with the real spot price of Bitcoin, and as a shareholder, it's not clear whether buying spot bitcoin is a much better idea than buying GBTC. I would be happy to do anything I can to advocate for the ETF conversion, and I would welcome much greater clarification to GBTC shareholders about what the next few years will hold if the SEC doesn't approve the ETF conversion.
