Dear SEC, I'm in support of the conversion of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to a spot Bitcoin ETF in the US. It is time for this to happen as other countries have already allowed it. The Bitcoin market is robust and liquid enough for this and there are sufficient investor protections. A spot ETF will help in the stability of the Bitcoin market. This will also strengthen the US's position on the global stage. Scott
