Dear SEC, I am writing to urge you to approve the GBTC (GreyScale) ETF request. As you know, this would be a spot ETF based on actual BTC held and not a futures ETF which as we all know is based on "paper" BTC and is highly manipulated. Canada has had a spot ETF for some time now and it allows you to see that this type of ETF works well and is very much needed in the U.S.A. Australia has also approved a spot ETF. It's time for Mr Gensler to give the green light for Grey Scale to have one too. They are the most qualified candidate. Thank you for your consideration. Steve Lang
