Dear SEC, To date, the SEC has only permitted a Bitcoin Futures ETF while rejecting a Spot Bitcoin ETF. Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies have grown tremendously and it is here to stay. Investors deserve a Spot Bitcoin ETF and I am writing to support the conversion of GBTC to be the first Spot Bitcoin ETF that investors have been wanting. Sincerely, Erin
