Dear Sir/Madame, I am sending you this email to ask you to let GBTC convert into an ETF. You currently allow Futures ETF of Bitcoin. There is no reason why spot Bitcoin should not be allowed into an ETF as well. Especially, when you consider that you allow Futures ETF which are derivatives of Bitcoin and are more volatile. In addition, other countries like Canada now have spot Bitcoin ETF. Bitcoin is not just used for illegal activities. There are millions of Americans that hold it today. In addition, companies like Tesla hold Bitcoin on their books. As a final example that Bitcoin is legit, the country of El Salvador has also adopted it recently. Best regards, Olivier
