Dear SEC, As a share holder I Support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. I believe an ETF would more effectively track the price of Bitcoin, and it would be an upgrade to a safer and more transparent product. Also, it would compliment the other recently approved Bitcoin ETF’s. I’m writing from Pennsylvania, with gratitude for the opportunity to express my view and with the hope that you will approve this conversion and protect the interest of investors.
