Dear SEC, I reside in New Mexico. As a GBTC shareholder I fully support allowing GBTC to become an ETF. Canada has a Bitcoin ETF. Our goal as US citizens should be to stay at the forefront of digital asset innovation, not stifling it. The SEC has mainly focused as hurting the USA in term of digital asset innovation. Stop dividing us! let us invest how we desire. Regards Michael Harris
