Hi, Please consider Grayscale's application to convert it's Bitcoin trust into a spot ETF. To get bitcoin exposure in my IRA I own a large amount of GBTC shares. Today I'm being hurt by the low share price or discount it trades to NAV. If the SEC converted this trust into a spot ETF I would not be losing money due to this discounted share price. The SEC's main purpose is to protect investors, so please PROTECT my retirement investment by converting GBTC to a spot ETF. Thanks, Kent Uyeunten
