Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. My name is Jack Noble and I’m from California. I fully support the GBTC conversion from a Trust to an ETF. America needs, the World needs a NYSE traded spot ETF, so all of us with 401K’s, IRA’s can invest without using an OTC only platform.
