Dear Sir or Madam, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a life long resident of Pennsylvania and a personal shareholder of GBTC who is interested in seeing a spot ETF for Bitcoin. I believe owning an approved ETF of this fashion is safer than the other avenues currently afforded and would further complement the SEC's recently approved Bitcoin Futures ETFs. I once again, respectfully request that the SEC approve the above referenced conversion as soon as possible.
