Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please approve the conversion of the GBTC to an ETF. It is in the best interest of investors as it would lead to lower annual expense ratio, more liquidity and ease of access for retail investors to gain exposure to spot Bitcoin within brokerage accounts at trusted custodians and asset managers.
