I am writing to support the approval of a Bitcoin spot ETF for greyscale and other companies. I feel this is a critical step in protecting investors such as myself. For instance, allowing the greyscale spot etf will remove the discounts and high fees that are hurting investors such as myself not receive the appropriate gains that I would otherwise realize if a spot etf was available. Additionally there is no reason a spot etf hasn't been approved given that it has been approved in many other countries and a futures etf in the US has been approved. Michael
