Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am from Ontario, Canada I invest in the Greyscale products. In Canada there are multiple BTC and Etherium Trusts that are tied to the Spot Price of BTC and Etherium. Why the SEC handicaps USA investor"s with no similar product is unfathomable and suggests a degree of collusion against regular investor's. Please reconsider this unfair policy.
