Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to a Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. BTC ETFs have been approved under the 1940 Act and the 1933 Act, an in so doing have laid the necessary regulatory groundwork for approving a Spot ETF. Bitcoin is an important and growing part of investable assets, approving a Spot ETF will give investors direct access within the safety of the regulatory framework.
