I am writing to urge the SEC to approve Grayscale Bitcoin account holders to allow the transition of GBTC to transition to an ETF. This only makes sense given the growing interest in retail investors to purchase bitcoin (and other major crypto coins) easily and safely through their brokerage company. It also keeps GBTC from selling at premium or discount to the current market rates for bitcoin. Other countries have already taken the step to create ETF based upon bitcoin and the US is long overdue. The market here has become a dual playing field, one for institutional investors and one for the guy on the street. This is inherently unfair. Thank you for allowing me to offer my opinion.
