In Re: SEC File No. SR-NYSEArca-2021-90 I am writing in favor of supporting the proposed conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to an Exchange-traded Fund. This action is long overdue to provide a method of investment in Bitcoin that is tied to the actual spot coin value. There are two approved such funds in Canada, as well as one nearing experimental status in Australia. Bitcoin has proven itself to be a viable investment vehicle alongside such innovations as the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) and the myriad options and futures products currently in daily use.
