As a holder of Grayscale's GBTC, I am writing to petition that this product be allowed to convert to an ETF. Many other countries have ETFs where their citizens can invest -- it's time for the U.S. to move forward in the same way. I want my investment to track directly with the price of Bitcoin, not at some discount or premium to its price. Millions of people are waiting for an opportunity to gain exposure to cryptocurrencies through their regular investment accounts. They are not comfortable with all of the extra steps required to hold Bitcoin directly. Having the GBTC trust converted to an ETF will make it much more achievable and attractive for those that have been waiting on the sidelines to invest in the digital assets space.
