Dear SEC staff, I'm a small GBTC shareholder, and I support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to an ETF. By delaying this conversion, you are not protecting me in any way. It seems you’re protecting other legacy interest in traditional finance. It seems that shareholders like me are experiencing a destruction of value due to your unwillingness to approve this conversion. I’m writing from Colorado on behalf of 5 other family members, with the hope that you will approve this conversion and protect the interest of investors. Thanks, Derek Van Atta
