Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of North Carolina and I personally hold shares of GBTC in my IRA account. It is very clear now that the crypto markets have matured immensely and other countries have already been running Bitcoin spot ETFs very successfully (e.g. Canada and Australia). The U.S. needs to catch up to this reality, or risk falling well behind and harming the country and its citizens/investors. Dr. Kevin Wei
